Overview

This presentation will introduce an integrated system to automate the TFF process based on concentration measurement acquired via in-line variable pathlength spectroscopy. Real-time concentration measurement enables repeatable results, insensitive to the types of variation commonly seen in mass balance only systems.

Automated process control is demonstrated for various final concentration endpoints, suggesting a better solution for the UF/DF process with key advantages over existing methods.

In this webinar you’ll learn:

  • Variable pathlength technology (VPT) placed in-line enables real-time concentration measurements as a process progresses, even at high concentrations
  • TFF automation enables rapid lab-scale testing with minimal manual intervention
  • The union of VPT and TFF automation enables a repeatable result insensitive to the types of variation commonly seen in mass balance systems
Who should attend:
  • Process development scientist
  • Scientist doing UF/DF with mass balance-TFF systems
  • PAT/Automation Specialists
