ProCellics, first Bioprocess In-Line and Real-Time Raman Analyzer, is a RESOLUTION Spectra Systems product. It offers a GMP user-friendly and easily deployed Process Analytical Technology (PAT) solution. Specifically designed for the in-line and real-time analytical monitoring of upstream and downstream processes, ProCellics relieves the user from conducting a costly and time-consuming Raman monitoring implementation. In particular, ProCellics Software provides guidance to build the necessary chemometrics models without any expertise required in Raman spectroscopy. ProCellics can measure the concentration of glucose, lactate, glutamine, glutamate, ammonium and other amino acids, proteins, Total Cell Density and Viable Cell Density inside of the bioreactor. It also allows the monitoring of important characteristics such as conformation of large molecules.
