This webinar will cover theory and application of in-situ forming extended-release bioresorbable polymer technology for parenteral applications.

Ashland will explain control mechanisms coupling theoretical chemistry with formulation knowledge in a range of formulation formats for successful extended-release drug delivery from days up to several months. Ashland’s team will demonstrate how customized chemistry can overcome technical challenges.

Indivior will explore the advantages of in-situ forming depots and illustrate how depot formation and degradation mechanisms impact active pharmaceutical ingredient blood plasma concentrations.
