The S-125 features Qualicaps’ unique rectifying rollers for gentle capsule handling, a heritage stemming from the pioneering work of expert engineers. These rollers ensure the gentle feed, rectification and transfer of capsules, reducing the risk of damage during the handling process, a key concern for liquid filled capsules.
Operator friendly adjustments for band position:
Adjust seal roller positions “on the fly” with dial indicated roller positions that can be adjusted as the machine is running to ensure prompt repeatability and easy setup.
