Somerset, NJ – February, 6, 2014 — The Catalent Applied Drug Delivery Institute today announced that it will hold its second European educational and training event, “Overcoming Bioavailability Challenges” at the Novartis global headquarters campus in Basel, Switzerland, on Thursday, March 27th. World-leading experts on drug development and delivery from across industry and academia will share the most effective and innovative approaches and technologies for improving drug bioavailability, including speakers from 3M, Hovione, BASF, Formac Pharmaceuticals, Agere Pharmaceuticals, Saarland University and Catalent Pharma Solutions.
The sessions will focus on innovative strategies for overcoming challenges in the delivery of poorly soluble and permeable drugs, as well as the benefits of utilizing new drug delivery technology platforms to deliver better treatments for patients.
