Impax Laboratories has announced that Nigel Ten Fleming, Ph.D. and Michael Markbreiter, who are distinguished, longtime members of the Company's Board of Directors will retire from the Board at the Company's 2016 annual meeting of stockholders and will not stand for re-election at the meeting.

"Nigel and Michael have been members of the Board since 1999 and 1997, respectively, and we are extremely grateful for their leadership, guidance and countless contributions. Their efforts have resulted in a stronger company and more effective and diverse board."
