VWR, an independent provider of product and service solutions to laboratory and production customers, has acquired PAW BioScience Products, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of sanitary fluid handling products used in the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. PAW's primary business operations focus on single-use connectors and components, custom design and assembly and product distribution supporting the cell culture and purification processes.
