MEGGLE Appoints Barentz as its Exclusive Distributor of Pharmaceutical-Grade Lactose for United States

Barentz, a major distributor of life science ingredients, has been named the exclusive US distributor for MEGGLE GmbH & Co. – Business Unit Excipients, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical-grade lactose and co-processed excipients. MEGGLE, with over 70 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market and a wide range of lactose products, is headquartered in Wasserburg am Inn, Germany. Lactose is a commonly used carrier in many pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Through Barentz' regulatory support, technical sales team, exceptional customer service, and industry expertise, together with MEGGLE's extensive knowledge and experience, they will offer differentiated value-added solutions to customers. This agreement creates a strategic partnership that enables both companies to expand in the US pharmaceutical market.
