Lundbeck Delivers 14% Revenue Growth in 2025, Powered by Vyepti and Rexulti Momentum

H. Lundbeck A/S reported a robust 14% increase in revenue at constant exchange rates (CER) for the first nine months of 2025, reflecting a surge in demand for its strategic brands Vyepti and Rexulti following additional commercial investments. Sales of Vyepti, Lundbeck’s migraine treatment, jumped by 56% CER in the U.S., while Rexulti, used for major depressive disorder and schizophrenia, grew by 26% CER. These two products now anchor the company’s growth trajectory, particularly in key markets such as the U.S., Spain, Canada, Italy, and France.

The firm's total revenue reached DKK 18,537 million, with an adjusted EBITDA climbing 22% at CER. Lundbeck implemented strengthened sales and R&D investments to expand market share and advance its late-stage pipeline. The company’s strong performance led it to raise its financial guidance for full-year 2025, now forecasting 13–14% revenue growth at CER—an upgrade from the previous 11–13% outlook.

The strategic focus on Vyepti and Rexulti aligns with increased efforts to address unmet needs in neuroscience. CEO Deborah Dunsire emphasized Lundbeck’s commitment to leveraging innovation and global operations to accelerate launches and reach more patients. This momentum supports continued investment in both commercialization and R&D as Lundbeck positions itself for sustainable growth through 2025 and beyond.
