ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has announced the launch of Pimozide Tablets in 1 mg and 2 mg strengths, the generic version of the reference listed drug Orap®. The company reported that its Pimozide Tablets have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are being introduced with 180-day Competitive Generic Therapy (CGT) exclusivity.
According to ANI, U.S. annual sales for Pimozide Tablets total approximately $3.1 million, based on February 2026 moving annual total IQVIA data.
