Collaborative Drug Discovery (CDD) has entered into an agreement with Eli Lilly and Company to integrate Lilly’s TuneLab AI/ML drug discovery platform into CDD Vault. The integration is intended to make selected Lilly predictive models, trained on the company’s proprietary research data, available to biotech companies within their existing CDD Vault workflows. Participating users will be able to access these models as part of both the core CDD Vault environment and its AI module, on an opt‑in basis.
According to CDD, incorporating TuneLab’s ADMET models is aligned with its goal of supporting cross‑organizational collaboration in drug discovery by providing broader access to data and decision-support tools for experimental and computational scientists. The integration will complement CDD’s existing capabilities, including Zero Click Models, Generative Bioisosteres, and ultrafast deep learning similarity tools linked to public and commercial chemistry resources. The companies position the agreement as a step toward embedding AI models directly into routine discovery workflows for biopharmaceutical organizations.
