Foresee Pharmaceuticals Names Chief Commercial Officer To Lead FP-001 Launch In CPP

Foresee Pharmaceuticals has appointed Brian J. Groch as Chief Commercial Officer, effective July 1, 2026, as the company prepares for the commercial launch of FP-001 42 mg for central precocious puberty (CPP) in the United States, Taiwan, and additional potential markets.

In his new role, Groch will oversee global commercial strategy and launch execution for FP-001 42 mg, a six‑month, ready‑to‑use subcutaneous long‑acting injectable formulation of leuprolide mesylate. The product is being developed as a sustained‑release gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist therapy intended to provide continuous suppression of gonadotropin secretion for six months following a single injection, offering a less frequent dosing option compared with existing CPP treatments.

Groch brings more than three decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, including senior commercial and market access roles at Remi Therapeutics, Shield Therapeutics, Veru, and Horizon Therapeutics. Earlier in his career, he held positions in health policy, regional sales, and large‑scale commercial management at Novartis and spent over 13 years in commercial and marketing roles at Merck.

Foresee said it is advancing a global regulatory plan for FP-001 in CPP. In the U.S., the company plans to submit a New Drug Application to the Food and Drug Administration in the second half of 2026. Marketing applications in Taiwan and selected other territories are expected between late 2026 and the first half of 2027, supported by ongoing pre‑submission regulatory interactions.

CPP is characterized by premature activation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis, which can lead to early puberty, accelerated bone maturation, reduced adult height, and psychosocial impacts. GnRH agonists are the current standard of care.
