Galderma Opens Miami Headquarters for U.S. and Latin America Operations

Galderma has opened its U.S. and Latin America headquarters in Miami, establishing a new operational hub as the dermatology company expands in its largest market.

The headquarters, located in Miami’s Brickell district, will bring together key members of Galderma’s leadership team and serve as the primary base for U.S. commercial employees in dermatological skincare and selected functional teams. Galderma expects the site to employ about 200 people over time.

The opening reflects Galderma’s longer-term U.S. growth strategy and follows its previously announced plan to invest more than $650 million in U.S. manufacturing through 2030.

Galderma said the U.S. is its largest market, supported by demand across injectable aesthetics, dermatological skincare and therapeutic dermatology. The company reported net sales of $3.134 billion in the first half of 2026, representing year-over-year constant-currency growth of 24.6%.

The Miami facility will also be used to host healthcare professionals and support hands-on training. It includes a dedicated injection room for educational programs and development of training materials, as well as an installation modeled on the ALASTIN Signature Practice experience. The space is intended to demonstrate the integration of regenerative, peri-procedural skincare into everyday patient care.

Galderma said it has hosted more than 1,000 Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network training events in the United States so far in 2026, serving approximately 5,000 participants.

The company selected Miami because of its position in dermatological skincare, aesthetics and consumer health, as well as its access to business and scientific talent. Galderma said the city has supported several hires in consumer skincare, aesthetics and digitally native commercial roles.

Miami’s connections to the United States and Latin America will also help Galderma support its expanding regional business and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, partners and customers, the company said.

Chief Executive Flemming Ørnskov said the headquarters investment reflects Galderma’s confidence in continued expansion in the United States. He said consolidating key U.S. and Latin America leadership team members in Miami would improve collaboration and support execution of the company’s integrated dermatology strategy.
