Etsuo Yonemochi

Professor, School of Pharmacy at Narita
Etsuo Yonemochi is a Professor at the School of Pharmacy at Narita, International University of Health and Welfare, with more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutics, particularly in pharmaceutical engineering. His research encompasses analytical and physical chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical profiling, and computer simulation. He holds a Ph.D. from Chiba University.

Professor Yonemochi has made significant contributions to pharmaceutical development and formulation science, earning major awards from organizations such as The Japan Society of Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis and The Society of Powder Technology, Japan. In addition to his research, he has played an active leadership role in the field, serving as a committee member for the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) and holding chairperson positions in key professional societies, including work related to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.
