Jun Ren, PhD is a Data Scientist at Biogen where he develops new applications for process modeling and Advanced Process Controls (APC). Jun obtained his doctorate degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M in 2015. His thesis focused on Machine learning to predict permeability distribution in a large oil field using Generalized Linear Model and to estimate the best drilling locations using Support Vector Machines. Jun is an expert in Python and Matlab.
