Dr. Juan A. Hernandez Bort works at Takeda - Gene Therapy Center Austria as Head of Gene Therapy Technologies and he collected, in the past 20 years, extended experience in the upstream and downstream process development of plasmaderived products, recombinants and lately gene therapy products. He holds a Master Degree
and PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna (BOKU), Austria. His current work is focused on Gene Therapy Process Development.
