Omkar U. Kawalekar, PhD, is a manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Strategy & Analytics practice and leads eminence for Deloitte’s NextGen Therapy practice. With a graduate degree in cell & gene therapy from the University of Pennsylvania, he has primarily worked with executives at small and large biotech companies, defining and implementing transformative capabilities as they develop, manufacture, and commercialize cell and gene therapies.
