DescriptionVIVAPHARM® HPMC, hypromellose, is a cellulose-based polymer for film coating, wet granulation, and hard capsule manufacturing. It is E type 2910, meaning that its average content of methoxyl groups is 29% and its average content of hydroxypropyl ARBOCEL®, powdered cellulose, is a chemically inert excipient and thus is not metabolized by the human body. It is often used in formulations as an alternative to lactose. ARBOCEL® has binding properties and a natural fiber structure that leads to Due to its high density, PROSOLV® SMCC HD 90 allows for increased batch size without additional capital investment and without compromising compactibility. It makes denser formulations, allowing for the production of more tablets per batch and VIVAPUR® 101 if a fine standard MCC grade, especially suited for wet granulation, roller compaction, and spheronization. It has very high compactibility.VIVAPUR® 12 is a coarse grade MCC that combines good compactibility and high binding capacity with outstanding flow. It provides good content uniformity at low weight variation - even when used with low concentrations of fine actives.
