Description
Regorafenib monohydrate belongs to the group of low molecular weight multi-tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Tyrosine kinases are associated with tumor growth. The drug is therefore used against metastatic colorectal carcinomas and advanced gastrointestinal stromal and hepatocellular carcinomas.
