Custom Single-use Systems

Custom single-use systems reduce cleaning and personnel costs in the manufacturing of biologics formulations, and are useful for small or large-scale buffer and media preparation and reaction mixing. The pharmaceutical custom single-use system may consist of a fixed steel unit that contains disposable contact components (bioprocess bags, stirrers, liners). Custom single-use systems are especially useful in cell culture bioprocesses, where they may be used on a small or large scale for convenient storage and clean-up of metabolic byproducts. Pharmaceutical applications of custom single-use systems include cultivating specialized cell cultures for cell therapy, vaccine development, and aseptic filling.
