  Basic low TOC vials may not always be the best choice

Proteins and peptides can adhere to glass and plastic surfaces, including typical borosilicate in standard low TOC vials. This can cause sample concentrations to be slightly lower and impact accuracy and relative standard deviation of TOC measurements.

Analytical Instruments developed unique vials for specialty application needs: Pre-Acidified TOC Vials and DUCT (Dual Use Conductivity & TOC) Vials.
