Cleanability and Re-Usability with Cadence™ Modules for Biopharmaceutical Applications

The Cadence inline diafiltration (ILDF) device is designed for continuous processing, in-process buffer exchange or contaminant removal for a variety of processes across a number of applications in the biopharmaceutical industry. These applications include buffer exchange for final drug substances, desalting or buffer exchange before or after column chromatography, and small molecule contaminant removal. In this application note, testing was performed to demonstrate process repeatability and cleanability of the Cadence ILDF modules for limited re-use applications. Read about the materials and methods used and results obtained.
