Asparaginase-Free Medium is a chemically defined, animal-component-free medium suitable for high-density suspension culture of HEK293 cells following transient transfection. The main components include glutamine, HEPES, sodium bicarbonate, amino acids, vitamins, and trace elements.
Asparaginase-Free Medium is specifically applied to:
• Suspension culture of HEK293 cells
• Transient transfection of HEK293 cells for protein/antibody expression, lentivirus, etc.
• High-density culture of HEK293 cells and scale-up in bioreactors
