Agilent Technologies Publishes Comprehensive Sample Preparation Reference Guide

Essential Resource for Analytical Laboratories is Authored by Dr. Ronald E. Majors

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 6, 2014: Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced the release of "Sample Preparation Fundamentals for Chromatography," written by sample preparation expert Ronald E. Majors, Ph.D. The publication is a comprehensive reference guide for chromatography sample preparation methodologies.

"The purpose of this book is to outline some of the most popular sample preparation technologies in use today," said Majors. "From 'dilute and shoot' to multistage sample handling, the guide showcases the proper use of these technologies to obtain optimum results." The guide features the basics of sample preparation as well as instructions on how laboratories can expand their sample preparation capabilities.
