Orbis Biosciences has granted Daré Bioscience, an exclusive option to license worldwide rights to Orbis' long-acting contraceptive products. This agreement leverages Orbis' Stratµm technology to create an etonogestrel contraceptive for 6- and 12-month durations. The agreement includes pre-clinical studies and the option to enter into a license agreement for clinical development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
