Natoli Engineering Announces Technical Support Representative Appointment

Natoli Engineering has hired Jeff Varner as Technical Support Representative for their Carlisle Encapsulation division. As a specialist in the encapsulation industry Varner will provide customers with expertise in encapsulation machine health checks, repairs, rebuilds, troubleshooting, annual calibrations, as well as onsite change kit installations, operator training and machine set ups.

In 1990, Varner enlisted in the US Air Force where his training and career focused on Aerospace propulsion, turboprop fuel, and cryogenics. He was stationed in New York and then Charleston until 1996. He also worked for a machine shop during his time in the US Air Force.

In 1997, Varner began working at a pharmaceutical company and over the next 15 years gained experience in many fields including encapsulation and granulation, tool maintenance, and the operation of tablet presses. In July 2019, Varner started doing consulting work on encapsulation products for ACG, eventually joining them as an employee.

Jeff Varner’s knowledge of encapsulation and accessories of most major brands will allow Natoli’s Carlisle Division to expand their encapsulation products and services for all the markets they serve.
