Automated Endotoxin Testing: ENDOZYME® II GO Recombinant Factor C Assay and the ASSIST PLUS Pipetting Robot

The ENDOZYME® II GO rFC assay was recently introduced by bioMérieux, featuring a novel 96-well microplate, GOPLATE™, reducing manual handling and enabling a higher degree of consistency. A semi-automated solution including a pipetting robot has now been evaluated for use with ENDOZYME II GO. The efficient workfl ow consists of three main parts; ENDOZYME II GO reagents, the ASSIST PLUS pipetting robot by INTEGRA and a fluorescence microplate reader.
