To address extracellular and membrane-associated "undruggable" targets, we offer a specialized LyTACs (Lysosome-Targeting Chimeras) Design and Development Service. Our in silico framework enables the structural modeling and optimization of LyTAC molecules, which bridge a cell-surface degradation receptor (such as CI-M6PR) with a specific extracellular target protein. We utilize advanced structural engineering and molecular simulations to model linker flexibilities and optimize the affinity profiles of both the warhead and the receptor-binding moieties, streamlining the development of this powerful degradation technology.
