Dissolution Instruments

Dissolution testers are used to test drug release behavior by simulating capsule or tablet release in vitro. When considering various dissolution apparatuses, be sure to consider the reagents to be used as certain models offer increased chemical resistance through more robust paddle materials. Additionally, dissolution instruments which offer automated sampling can assist with analysis which could last hours or days depending on the assay by avoiding the need for manual vessel sampling.
